#79 is good withtout the top V. Maybe just the plain one with a overarching thing?

#81 - I love it but the V reminds me of a downward arrow which is not the right message. We elevate companies not down-level them. The bottom part Vell Executive search is great. the top is better but we upgrade and turbo-charge companies not down grade them.
