I like the idea of using a 1940s pinup girl in a polka dot bikini. She has to be sexy and sassy but not too risque. I picture her with dark hair. I want her to look nice and tan....like a golden/bronze color that maybe even looks like its glistening a little.
I had an idea that she could be coming out of a lipstick case(instead of the liptstick) and the lipstick is called Vanity.

Another direction I like is a modern, sassy look. An example of this is the "skinny girl cocktails" logo. It is simple, modern, sexy, and sassy.
I am definitely open to other ideas though
