Variation with a pointy "V" that encapsulates "Apartments" a bit and mimics the sharp star shape.

All caps filling out the logo "real estate" and also letting the star hang outside a bit, emphasizing movement.

Easy straight forward readable font, even i really small sizes

Playing with an arched blue gradient to imitate a folio reflection effect

I choose a simple strong wordmark since I wanted to avoid the plethora of roofs, house silhouettes and such that I'm sure you're going to see a lot off. I think they can sometimes come across as a bit stereotype and overused.

White, presented on blue back

The "V" represents the increase in value. Moving the Star forward over the company name. Flirting with parent company name star. This can be changed to upright position if that is a demand. Blue and yellow similar to parent. (Don't have the exact color numbers)
