I looked up the image from funston ave and some 70 style homes in the SF area to try and give you the concept you're looking for. Thanks.

CT-Thanks for the design. Wow - nice work. Very cool. Is there any way you can play around with the wave image? Possible to make it bigger or more prevalent?

Hi Josiah. I'm sending a few more versions which make the wave image stand out more. This one I lowered the grass and made the wave bigger.

With this version I lowered the grass, moved the houses farther apart to open the Lot area and made the wave much bigger.

This version has the houses in black so that the only thing in color is the wave and sun.

With this version I placed the wave into the Vacant Lot logo font.
Let me know if you need to see anything tweeked on any of these. Thanks.

Would be cool to see if you could combined 51 into 52. Mainly just adding in the buildings on each side of the wave, no grass or sun. Not sure if it would work in size, may have to adjust the building height, or font height.

Very nice.

Here's the combination of #51 and 52 that you asked for. I put the blue outline around the buildings to help pull it all together.

With this version I shortened the houses and added the rough texture that is in the font. Thanks.

70 and 69 are cool, but 51 is still the favorite now that we look at them side by side. I appreciate you making the effort with those changes. 51 really gives a great feel.
