UTL Mobile SitesLogo Design Contest

I really liked #43 which is my number one right now. I was wondering if you could change the letters "UTL" a bit. I would at least want the "U" to be curved on the left the way it is on the right side. Does that make sense? I really like the combination of green and black. Also, would you have a recommendation on what color to make the header? One of my friends suggested making it white, would light gray work as well?

The letter "u" with two dots that have different colors on each end, and the globe in the middle has a meaning:

UTS Mobile Sites, gulf separating barrier in communicating & socialize in this world.
