You may want to look at other rugby logos and/or rugby 7s tournament logos before submitting. The logo does not have to look like those logos, but they're a good reference point.

Logo should look to incorporate any/all of the following themes [NOTE: does not need to include all]:
-America/USA
-The writing '7s' (written form for rugby 7s) or '7'; can be subtle like in attached Elite Cup logo (see subtle 'XV' for a XVs competition)
-Rugby ball
-Elements of USA Rugby logo
-Placeholder for year (e.g. 2016)
-Wordmark space for primary sponsorship (2016 is Fly Emirates; may vary in future years)
