your don't need to change necessary the font - but try to relocate "US CASTINGS"

please flip the eagle to the other side (mirror)
change "Casting" from silver to dark silver radiant
change "US" to Navy or blur gradiant color light to darker (from top)
make it please on black and white backgrounds

and look more american that it is right now

looks good really liked it, i see we have a problem turn the eagle to the other side i thought about it before.
one last thing... try to change font something more old but still stylish today. please don't stick with bold
