No need to work further on this issue. I can see how the black background works - would have preferred it to wash through underneath the whole image so there is no white but I think that could be done by making the black background gray or similar.

I like the logo image. Could you please remove the text and just do a version with the logo image enlarged to fill the available space. That will assist with shortlisting.
