What We Do

We are a real estate investment and property management company. We support clients to purchase homes through a rent to own program. We also buy distressed properties and support people who need to sell their property quickly.

Top Three Things to Communicate

#1 - We are trusted investors who support people to buy their dream home
#2 - We work with clients to find their dream home and support them with financing through a rent to own program
#3 - We are strong, secure and reliable.

Our Target Audience:

People looking to buy homes. People from all walks of life who need financial support in achieving the purchase of their dream home. People looking for a trusted investor to purchase their home and work with them to relieve financial stress.

Color Preferences

Silver – but that would print well in black and white. A metallic 3-D look. Something cut out of solid steel would be our preference. We are open to other ideas - these are just thoughts we've had - you're the experts!

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

We have some concepts in mind. We definitely want a bear featured prominently – hence the name Ursus (Latin for bear.) It would be great if the constellation of the big dipper (Ursus Major) could play a subtle role as well. The idea of pointing to the ‘north star’ – which is what the handle of the big dipper does – to represent people heading on course toward their dreams.

Love the text in #6 but the contrast makes it a little hard to read – more contract needed.

Really do want a bear in the logo

Love that #10 integrated all of the elements we are looking for but not fond of the polar bear – would prefer another type of bear – but the contrast provided by using a white bear is better.

In #10 it looks a bit like the bear is drinking out of the dipper – not good.

Like the text of #4 and the idea of incorporating the house – but not our favourite.

We said we were not interested in the logos with dark backgrounds - as we were thinking of their use for letter head etc.... but also love that images could be done with a dark background in different context ie - business cards or the web.

#16 Love the simplicity.

#20 and 21 Great Masculine Bear.

#14 Love the effect of the circle formed by the constellation and the ‘R’

#17, 18 & 19 much better with bear on that side.

#15 great concept – too light for impact.

#13 Great idea. The font should be bolder and easier to read. Love the stars. The Bear looks more like a tiger.

#24 Really like this one - much better now that it's darker and you've integrated the stars.

# 28 would prefer the bear not look like it's looking backwards - want a moving forward effect.

#26 can you use the 'grey' bear from #16 and make all the stars in the constellation the same style as the big one - but smaller, So they are not circles?

#37 can you flip the bear and star so they are facing right / forward

does the logo have to be desaturated? or can there be limited color?

#59 one of our concerns is that the bear in your logo might look too much like a 'teddy bear' - we love the logo and the concept but are wondering if there is a way to make the bear look a bit more masculine without making it look rough or scary.

We'd love to hear your ideas
