Color Preferences
Silver – but that would print well in black and white. A metallic 3-D look. Something cut out of solid steel would be our preference. We are open to other ideas - these are just thoughts we've had - you're the experts!
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
We have some concepts in mind. We definitely want a bear featured prominently – hence the name Ursus (Latin for bear.) It would be great if the constellation of the big dipper (Ursus Major) could play a subtle role as well. The idea of pointing to the ‘north star’ – which is what the handle of the big dipper does – to represent people heading on course toward their dreams.

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
Love the text in #6 but the contrast makes it a little hard to read – more contract needed.
Really do want a bear in the logo
Love that #10 integrated all of the elements we are looking for but not fond of the polar bear – would prefer another type of bear – but the contrast provided by using a white bear is better.
In #10 it looks a bit like the bear is drinking out of the dipper – not good.
Like the text of #4 and the idea of incorporating the house – but not our favourite.
We said we were not interested in the logos with dark backgrounds - as we were thinking of their use for letter head etc.... but also love that images could be done with a dark background in different context ie - business cards or the web.
Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:
~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation. ~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered. ~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see. ~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested" ~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation. ~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work. ~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

#26 can you use the 'grey' bear from #16 and make all the stars in the constellation the same style as the big one - but smaller, So they are not circles?
#59 one of our concerns is that the bear in your logo might look too much like a 'teddy bear' - we love the logo and the concept but are wondering if there is a way to make the bear look a bit more masculine without making it look rough or scary.
