What We Do
The annual Uptown Beer & Wine festival is a craft-beer centric festival located in the heart of a historic, southern downtown featuring local, regional and national beer and wine makers.

Color Preferences
While we are open to any color palette, we would like to start with natural colors (Olive Green, Brown, Beige, Muted Yellow, Muted Orange, Black). These colors are reflective of the ingredients found in beer & wine - hops, wheat, barley, grain, grapes, etc.
We do not want something overly colorful.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
- This event attracts the largest contingency of young adults in our community of any event throughout the year; we want the logo to reflect that generation. See attached photos.
- We are looking for a simple, clean, non-traditional, non-comical or gimmicky logo.
- We like logos that use negative space to create their logo. See attached photos.
- No additional text, except "Uptown Beer & Wine Festival".
- Minimal colors.
- Tight typography, good use of spacing.
- If possible and approrpiate, incorporate hops, beer can, pint glass, wine glass/bottle, keg, etc.
- If possible and appropriate, include an element that is unique to our location - water tower, river, etc.
