Uptown AventuraLogo Design Contest

We are a real estate development company who builds luxury mixed-use projects, multi-family, and hospitality.

Our target audience are customers looking for luxury real estate in the asset classes listed above.

We definitely want to see a pewter grey or metallic pewter grey in the logo. But we are open to other colors, particularly for the icon graphic.

We are looking for a logo for our new real estate project, called Uptown Aventura located in South Florida (about a half hour north of Miami).

This real estate development project is like a city within a city--a district., like the financial district for example (but that is too stuffy). This is a mixed-use planned community that offers residents a mix of luxury and convenience with the stores and restaurants on the first floor. Additionally, Uptown Aventura offers many outdoor gathering areas.

*****We want the logo to reflect that and to be clean, modern (but not too modern--this is real estate:), have the name Uptown Aventura, and the design should also include an icon of sorts. Think about how an urban district would be presented in wayfinding, like a street sign for example.

****The font should be clean and strong. Colors should include a pewter type grey, or even a metallic grey thats dark like pewter. We are open to other colors to be included.

*****We have attached a deck so you can read an overview of the project along with including a few renderings so you can see the look and feel of the project for the sake of this graphic design tournament.
