OK, so I've talked to the other decision makers and so far this logo is winning. BUT, we don't like the umbrella in 2 strong colours (in sections). That's too much like a beach umbrella or sun umbrella, and would not look right in our long cold winters. We want to see the umbrella either in one colour (blue or yellow or green or something) or else a blue fading into a yellow. Also, move ON down to be with "the" - same size. Right now ON is just as strong as UP, which is not good. We want the word UP to be the strongest word - then it shouldn't need an exclamation point.
