CASR got kerning and "security and resilience" got some blue outline

Please lower the map so the spacing between outline and UAF are similar. Also, perhaps the bear paws could be on top of the map or lowered... I think it's important to keep that connections of the bear on top of the Arctic if possible.

Please adjust the kerning for letters "CASR" so that there is a little more space between the "C" and "A" and a little less space between "S" and "R". For the other logo too. Something to think about...want to make "security and resilience" somehow more distinct from the map - the lettering is getting lost in the map a bit. Perhaps lower those words a tiny bit and fade lower part of map a bit more?

For this one, I am thinking about ways to really get into refinement. Two things might be useful. 1. the CASR bar, tapered elements, perhaps have the elements with flat bottoms so the bottom of CASR lines up visually. Also, try to lose the top elements and move the bar up just a little.
2. This will be tricky, but it would be neat if the bear was not on the white cap, but instead somehow visually connected to the top of the map, so like a widened cap across the flat part of the map. Might be difficult, don't want to make UAF smaller because it lines up perfectly on the left and right. and don't want to lower the map cause you have Alaska and Russia perfectly visual. Thoughts?

Thinking that the map might be an issue, in that having only North America might come across as exclusionary. Could you try the Robinson Projection please? The Bear could be placed on the flat top to help give it a rounded-off look still. The lat/long lines are great.
Move CASR up please to help balance that large empty portion (not that negative space is bad, but this looks off currently), the tapered design elements might be an issue as a result, so something else might have the be considered.

Mountains aren't working. Please remove. Remove the blue above the globe and lower the UAF and bear logo onto the globe. With the extra space, put Security and Resilience" below "Center for Arctic"

Stars not needed in this one. Center for Arctic Security and Resilience up top. UAF and CASR (add please) on each side of bear. This shape as a shield is really good. Also, might be nice to see North American coastal outline side of globe instead of sea ice (or whatever that is).

The CASR bar is great. Bring that to the top. UAF and bear on top of the globe (that's really great). Outline around please.
