We love the addition of the "grass" and UUCC.

You are our winner! We are wondering if we can come away with three versions of this logo: one with each different word on top (Operating, Building, Endowment), and in each case, the color of UUCC matching the color of the top word? And perhaps the word that is on top can be in bold?
