Hello,
This is a variation on #25 where I just changed the text layout and added my idea of the dot as a light to the dot in the exclamation point as well.
A possible idea for the animation could be to have the lights rotate in from pointing out, or rotate down from an up position getting that brief flare when they are "pointing right at you".
