Highest priority: define the idea of "union"
High priority: less distinct religious feel (i.e. no heart, and need not incorporate cross); would appeal to unchurched young adults
Interested in it reflecting more of the two hands coming together (upper hand: Jesus; lower hand: Christians) then the other pictures shared.
A few examples are too feminine. Desire more masculine.

Would love to see what a 3d image might look like.
Also there's one that hints at the "U" "C" (standing for Union Chapel) but isn't depicted exactly.
