Hi Keegan,

Thanks for the entries. The team likes the potential with #119, but finds the logo to be simply too big. They have asked me to make a request for #119. Can you...

* Stack the word "Under" over the word "ground"
* Lower the profile of the lower portion and make GIS much less prominent. GIS should not be central to the logo. We almost want to hide it.
