After you download the final files (Eps / Ai, Jpeg, Png) and approved you also receive The Agreement of Logo Design Transfer of Rights.

After you've put "THE" back on it's side and made it bold to match the weight of "UNDER" and "MARKETS", then I believe we have a winner in this layout.

Please prepare .eps and .ai files and if you would also provide us with a release saying that you sign ownership and rights of this logo over to us so we can legally use it. As stated in this line of the LogoTournament terms of service:

"Designers/vendors agree to execute any reasonably required documentation proving the lawful transfer of ownership and control of the winning design to the buyer who has paid for that design upon the request of the buyer."

Hi Hibban. I liked the "THE" on it's side. I meant the same font weight, as in it looked like UNDER and MARKETS were gotham bold, and THE was gotham medium or book. If you can put "THE" back on it's side and make sure that it's the same font weight (I'm guessing bold), we'll be good to go.

Let's just change "the" to the same weight as Under & Market. And please add an S to market, so it reads "UNDER THE MARKETS"

We're super close with this one. If we can combine this and #145 I think we'll be in good shape.

To do this, please use the left and right edges on the roof from #145, and the space between the U and the M from #145.

Also, please use the typography from #169. Where the font isn't condensed and "THE" is on it's side.

Can we also see a version where the typography is on the right of the mark like you did in #74?

Hello, I like your logo very much, but it looks a little bit too much like a house to me.

If you google "market square st thomas" you'll see a curved shape roof over the market. If we can use the shape of that curved roof instead of the current roof, I think it will go a long way.
