Good job!
#97 and #99 are pretty strong. Can you change the style of arrow at the circle? Now it bit like logo of touristic company. Maybe it would be something more strict like arrow on last X or we may use this X inside the circle apart of word UMEX as pictorial mark.

#158 - pretty nice arrow.
Please suggest the logo without colors gradient.
And variant of this logo with asymetric X as two countered arrows "><" where arrow right ">" touched "<" little above of the center and contrariwise instead of just right arrow.
