UbiquitourLogo Design Contest

The U will be used in logos (e.g. on a shirt, U will be in the back center top of the shirt and the U and full name in the front left) so I would like the U to stand out. Consideration needs to be given that the U will be used in full color as well as in one color (e.g. on the back of black jacket would be stitched only in white or on the front of a proposal). Would like to see a more simple straight design (less curves and less progressive than #4#5) and would like to see some other concepts playing off of the u.

I'm liking #1 and #2 so far; perhaps more purple in the first and more consistency between logo and U in the 2nd. Still would like some concepts on the U. Like the simple, clean fonts for the name and tag. Would want two versions (one with tagline one without). Perhaps all lowercase?

I think I am gravitating more towards the horizontal version of the logo versus the vertical one.

As well as would like to see all lowercase for the name and tag.

OK. It is down to 78 and 90. Would like to see a mockup of each in the following way:

Black "ubiquitour" and the dark gray tagline; tagline starting to the right of the lowercase q and smaller size.

Would like to see the "wings" in blue/green and blue/purple and dots on I in black.

Would like to see the "u" in blue, green, and purple. For 84, would like to see that U in the purple in the same size as the text.
