Please review the style sliders - for some reason, they reverted to "neutral" when we posted, but I believe they are correct now.

Some additional information..............while the Air Station currently flies/services the F18s, it is anticipated they will be flying/servicing the new F35s in the near future. This aircraft is referred to as the Lightening II if that provides any inspiration............

Designers -
We all appreciate the work you have put in, but think we haven't communicated well with you. This facility is a club that the Marines go to to relax, play pool, watch movies, play video games, watch pay-per-view events, concerts, kareokke, live bands, comedians and have a few beverages with their closest friends, if you get my drift.......The logos submmitted seem to be more oriented toward the squadrons and actual military roles.

We are going to extend the contest and ask you to go totally out of the box on your own - any format. Simple, clean, non-circular as we don't want it to look like a patch on a uniform. Please incorporate the F18 and/or afterburners in some form or fashion.

Hello Designers -

We reviewed the logos submitted as of this morning with some of the young Marines who will be the primary users of this facility. In general, they stressed that they want this logo to have a "club" versus a "unit' or "squadron" look and they asked that we remove the US Marines and the slogan from them as they feel that makes it too much like an "official unit" .
