Hi there, please find my first entry uploaded. I'm trying something a bit different to include the two hearts and relate it to the concept behind the business of it being a journal. I've also used a handwritten font style on the tagline to again link to the concept. So I've uses a fountain pen tip with a heart shaped ink well and used it to draw the shape of a heart. I've positioned the hearts at a 45 degree angle as per your comments.
The only objection I would have is that the heart and the pen are a bit distant from the ext. Do you have any variations where the two are somehow closer or linked?
Can you do something similar to #72? as well. We are looking at publishing a pregnancy diary as well and think your #88 idea mixed with #72 would work well as well.
Hi, thanks for the feedback and ranking. See attached some new versions based on your requests. I've incorporated a second smaller heart in a couple of different ways with #94 keeping the two hearts joined in one continual line.
On Entry #90 and #94, Can we get the TWILY to look a bit more metallic and shiny. I would like it almost the same as #78. You new one just looks like it is two toned. Would prefer to see it like a metallic effect.
Hi, I'll see what I can do with the metallic effect - I think the reason #78 looks so shiny is because it's on a white background - I'm using very similar tones in my designs but I'll try make it look shinier.
With regards to combining my design with #60, I'm sorry but the rules of the site are that we can't take any other designers idea or concept so I can't use the W merged with the heart, sorry but to do this would infringe on someone else's design and my entries would be removed completely from your contest.
What I can do is play about with the position of the heart in my design to bring it closer into the name - I'll work on designs like this and send you some new versions. Sorry, hope you understand, but I need to stick within the rules.

Hi, glad you're liking the design. Couple of new versions uploaded as requested. On the white background I need to add an outline around the silver as the lighter parts of the metallic effect don't show on white background well, the outline fixes this problem.

The only thing I would ask is that you do something for the pregnancy side of things. We absolutely love #72, so anything that you can create that would resemble it , but also tie is with #106 & #107 would be the icing on the cake.
Hi, I've uploaded a couple of options. I'm limited to what I can show for a pregnancy logo as technically it's a second logo and the rules on the site are to design 1 logo per design contest (sorry to go on about the rules, but they're really strict on LT - that's what makes it one of the best logo design websites). If you need a pregnancy logo version it's something that could be worked on properly with the winning designer after the contest has ended (there may be an additional charge to make an alternative version to cover time spent tweaking it to suit).
Honestly not trying to be difficult, just need to stick within the rules and work to create a strong design for the project listed on your contest.

I've created a design that uses the same style as #107 but adds in the baby heart being connected to it - it's a simple expansion of the design.
