We would like to see a logo with 2 to 3 colors, Green, Yellow, Black/grey, Blue. This is an upscale entertainment district so we want an upscale and fun feel to the logo.
We are open to new graphics, so it is not necessary to use the existing graphic. If the existing graphic can be easily incorporated into the logo we are open to it.
As this will be on signs around the property, this text will need to be easy to read from a distance as cars will be passing by quickly.
We will need the final version in multiple file formats.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
We need a new logo designed for a large shopping center and entertainment district. We are looking for something with a bit of color and luxury/contemporary feel. This will be used for the website, marketing materials as well as on site property signage.
