Turn Key Real Estate, Inc.Logo Design Contest

These are all looking awesome to me thus far.....Craig (owner/broker) though, is very particular about a couple key features. While I like the bright orange, he likes to see the (what I should have said) rusty orange-red rather than rusty red-orange. I believe number 3 and 11 are closest as far as color, while 4 and 5 come close. We also really like the sleek black background but white ones are not out of the question....as they all look great! Also Craig likes the use of the key in the logo (1, 3, 5, 11, & 12). I personally think the vintage keys in number 9 look great! The silver also looks great in 7,8, & 9. The squares in 2 & 3 are nice, but I am not sure yet is Craig wants to keep them. Craig has not seen these yet, but I will pass this link on for him to see.

I would like to leave one more comment today, as I will not be able to get back to you all until tomorrow. Either Craig will leave a comment today, or I will get his input and provide it tomorrow.

#14 captured my attention. I think we would like to see an alternate version of it....little more red tinge in the orange...but move the color to "REAL ESTATE, INC" maybe some silver? Maybe swap colors for black background? Boss likes Garamond font. Maybe vintage key? Would love to see what other ideas you all have!

Craig likes number #14, however he would like to see the back ground black and maybe incorporate silver (such as #9) for the key.

i think we would also love to see a little more deep in orange/red color (H 12, 13, or 14/ S 98/L75)

I still like the key in 14 but would be interested in seeing a couple other options for the shape of the key.

Hello all!

Craig is out on a personal holiday today, so I am attempting to make more comments on his behalf.

#31 really strikes our interest! I will have to ask Craig how close my color code choice was....H may be 11 or 10/L could be a digit or two higher to be spot on (#33 looks closest I believe)....as I am attempting to pair it with the color on his business cards.

Craig's must have is garamond font.

I am still waiting on answers for (1) whether or not the slogan should be in the logo, (2) whether "Turn" should be italicized, and (3) which silver Craig likes better #31/#34

I know many of you are waiting for more feedback. I wish I could give you more at this time, however, Craig is still out on vacation and has not mentioned anything new to me. Hang in there and I will do my best to get Craig's thoughts to you as soon as possible.

Our top five are in place..

#43, maybe it is my screen, but lets try key top color in #33

#45 Looks fantastic to me! Craig may want to see an addition option for colors

#8, #9 we would love to see what this would look like with some rusty orange-red options in place of gold

#1 How about a black background, silver "Turn" and slogan...same highlighted real estate, but lets see a rusty key chain look.

Craig has given me word. He likes #52 and #9. He likes the gold and would like to see #52 with the gold from #9 in place of the orange.

#8 is still his 3rd choice.

Craig says, "#9 I would like a keyhole or house shape in head instead of the Fleur De Lis"

Craig says a black background is a must have.

#4 would also like to see an alternate version of T.

#31 - Craig has decided bigger font is better.

Craig does not like the red. Again, some of the oranges look good, but Craig is shifting to the look of Gold.

Our office likes half of both of them.

#45 The roofs are great.
Craig does not like the fade in "Turn" Perhaps a solid color using the middle fade color?
