Please include a hyphen in between Turn and Key (Turn-Key). I would also like to see a design that incorporates a key in the y like you will see in the logo on this website (https://turnkeyvr.com/)

Regarding colors. I would like to see two different shades of blue. Maybe a light blue along with a slightly darker blue.

Thank you all for the submissions. I have some very nice options to choose from. With 13 hours to go I plan to make a decision at the end of the day today. I wanted to throw out a wrinkle in the contest. I have sent the logos to a number of people and common feedback I am getting is that the logo should portray a more relaxed feel. Our business is one that takes the stress away from rental property owners. Being that we are beach community I thought of tying that in as well. If any of the designers have time in the next 13 hours I would to see some options that reflect relaxation and coastal living. The design should be simple and clean and include Turn Key Property management. Images could include a Palm tree, Hammock, Sunset, etc. All colors are welcome and encouraged. Here is something I just found online that was interesting.
