Having second thoughts about this one - I'm afraid that people will read the letters in order "LTI" rather than TLI, so the icon would not be able to stand alone without the words to illuminate the meaning.

A bit too generic. Interested in some icons/marks for the "TLI" that can stand on their own and have more visual interest, or some sort of visual indicator that speaks to our values/intent/business.
