Thanks for the variations. After seeing your additional submissions, we are liking the circle. We'd love to see a few more iterations. Here are our thoughts:
1. Replace the tagline with, “Operational Partners”
2. “Tru” should be a thinner font weight. “Novus” should be a heavier font weight.
3. Keeping the circle, could you also explore other ways to make the "N" to stand out a tad bit more.

We do like direction of this one. Could we see a second option with the circle removed around the T & N, and have the "N" emphasized a little bit more?
