I think the bird color (International Church and left side of arrow) can be a dark purple or a silver - the current color makes the text of international church look too faint.

I actually like this one because of how you did the arrows from our Immigrant Connection logo...it'll be ranked as a favorite

I'd be cool with the introduction of a third color here for the international church text...perhaps matching the same color in the circle part of the compass. We can remove the cross from the compass arrow because I think it's too small and not necessary right there.
