What We Do
We are a team of real estate agents who help people buy and sell real estate. We are all affiliated with Coldwell Banker.

Real Estate
Color Preferences
Our website banner has to fit between 2 color bands (see web site). We have a limited color pallette for these 2 bands. The ones we like are the one we have (sage?), and a medium or darker blue. Within the color bars, we have free rein. The current green and purple we have are fine but are open to other possibilities. We don't like brown or mustard yellow.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We're really looking for a banner for our website header that has the logo IN it. Find us at www.TrueHomePartners.com and don't laugh too hard!
We like another real estate teams' website, http://constancecervone.com/. We like the simplicity of the design, the colors, the type face. We like the flexibility of having the logo piece on the left that can be extracted for use elsewhere. Our current banner has our picture in it so leave approximately the same amount of space for a photo. We also want our 5 names in it.

ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I APOLOGIZE BUT WE WERE NOT CLEAR AND HAVE CHANGED DIRECTION; PLEASE READ BEFORE ANYMORE WORK IS DONE.

****** We are looking for a banner that includes a new logo and our 5 names:
Lisa J. Drapkin
Nancy M. Dixon
Debbie Lewis
Dave Wood
Minka vanBeuzekom

Feel free to use our names as a design element - or not.

THANK YOU FOR ACKNOWLEDGING OUR CHANGE OF DIRECTION

Unlike our current website banner we want our new design to be cohesive and suggest an over-arching design that we can use in print. An all-type design would be fine too.

The website banner size is 1000 X 135 pixels according to our provider, Top Producer.

Final product has 2 purposes - Website banner 1000 X 135 pixels and extractable logo for (minimal) use in print. The print extraction will be a different dimension - more square-ish.

CHANGE IN DIRECTION FoR EVERYONE:
1) We've decided its important to us to include a picture of ourselves. This will be a group photo of 5 agents grouped together (vs. lined up), similar to the current picture with 4 people on our website, www.TrueHomePartners.com, taking up approximately a quarter of the space.
2) We like 2 colors in the logos and feel that only one color isn't interesting
3) We need all FIVE names in the banner
4) As a reminder the banner dimensions are 1000 X 135 pixels.

Thanks everyone for all your hard work!!!

Could we see design 81 with the names arranged on the right like #83. Could we see this against a white background too?

We're honing it! We're split between the 81 design idea and the 83 idea.
