It is really important that the food element is not just plants but maybe some farm animals. I teach cooking as well. It teach mainly traditional methods from our ancestors - like bone broths and fermented foods. My Athletes here in California are finally seeing the benefits of eating whole fat foods rather than the protein bars and shakes as their performance has really improved. All disease stats in the gut so good food is the cure.
