I like the way these are designed. Could you try to incorporate the state of WV outline somehow into the logo and also utilize a blue/green/grey scheme for the logo? Maybe with the text color in Blue with a green shadowing effect or something like that? I appreciate it and look forward to seeing some revised versions!
