Also, no color submissions? I was surprised there wasn't ONE.

Is anyone going to take a crack at doing something modern and abstract with maybe half of Beau's face or his profile or something? We would love to see something like that and interested in something a little colorful. All of the entries are black/white ONLY. We only excluded a few bright colors. Go crazy guys/girls. We only have 18 hours left. Thanks!

You guys have all made this so I credibly difficult. You are all do talented we did not expect to get this many amazing entries!

The more we look at all of these, even the ones that may not be just right for us, we want to commend all of you for your amazing talent and creativity. We wish we could give all of you a prize, and again we did not realize how hard it was going to be to choose. We thought we'd get one or two really good ones in a sea of mediocre submissions. You have really surprised us. Congrats to everyone!

Is there a photo of Beau, that we could use? I realize time is ticking, but without your permission to use a photo in which you own full copyright, we cannot include a image. We cannot just pull one off the internet without having full consent from the copyright holder.

In most cases even a portrait studio photo may not be used unless the photographer allowed for it use. Also using a photo taken during an interview or media event will most likely violate the television station's copyright as well a be a rule violation here on LT.

This may be the reason that the designers have refrained from using Beau's image. LT requires a statement from the contest holder allowing use of any photos. You may want to contact admin for further help.

Hello Night Owl.
We encourage the use of photos of Beau. In most cases, we have taken the photos ourselves, or, for the promotional shots we have, we usually buy the copyright out for use on those as well. So whatever photos you see of Beau we have not issue with you using any of the photos we own.

By the way, everyone (and LogoTournament management),we stumbled upon this site from a family member looking for something else that was not related to our company or work. We plan on using this service in the future not only for Beau's merch, but other studio-related promotional and logo services. We are really impressed with all of your work, and this process.

Thank you for the response. Can you please link us to one of the photos? We will not know for certain which photos we can or cannot use. Also, in keeping with the site rules (in order to avoid any legal issue), I believe they would need your statement, that full copyright and/or usage is owned by Trod Nossel Management or Beau Badrick.

I want to be sure that I do not violate any site rules or infringe on anyone's copyright.
