Hello Revotype!!! Great work:-) Just a reminder: Please NO PRODUCT ICONS OR GUITAR IMAGES. Every type of slide or the guitars they are played on CAN NOT go on the logo which leaves some out if you image one type. We sell bars and slides for Dobro, Steel Guitar, Electric Guitar, Acoustic guitar, Weissenborn guitars, etc... so please concentrate on the brand name... Tribotone. Any "generic" icon is fair game. Thanks!!!

EXAMPLE: The acoustic guitar (looks great!!!) but 1/2 the stuff I sell is for Steel guitar and is not represented here. Love your work!!! Please post more!!!

Hi Eric thanks a lot for your valuable feedback.

Well the guitar i did for you is kind of generic by itself the main idea or what i pretended is trying to stay away from giving much importance to just one kind of guitar in particular, from my point of view is a basic shape from a guitar with no defined kind, i can do something more abstract for you but sometimes the most common, obvious and popular element evokes faster the message, i still have time for more stuff.

Would it be to complicated to move the icon left... and make a very simplistic generic steel guitar image to the right. Note how the "sound" lines thicken as they come down and point to the right... maybe continue on the other side and end with a generic steel guitar headstock. Usually these instruments have 8 tuners on top. Just an idea. My ONLY concern is selling caps or shirts at the Steel Guitar conventions. There is no reference to that instrument in the logo. I'm not an artist! You do wonderful work. See if you can solve the puzzle.

#136 Could I see this replacing the guitar portion with a balance of "sound" waves on the guitar side?
Please add the trademark symbol TM as well to the end of TriboTone. Thanks!!!

#136 Maybe my idea of replacing the guitar 2 ways... 1st adding the 2 "sound waves" on the right side with the thick ends on top (going to thin on bottom). 2nd the "sound waves" with the thick ends on bottom going to thin on top. Does this make sense? Thanks!!!

#136 Here is a line drawing of a popular steel guitar headstock with 8 strings: http://www.tribotone.com/img/steel_guitar1.jpg
Here is another popular headstock with 10 string configuration: http://www.tribotone.co/img/steel_guitar2.jpg
Here is an actual photograph of a ten string: http://www.tribotone.com/img/Steel_guitar3.jpg

What I was thinking was to continue on the right side of the icon with the same width of the two swooping lines with a solid white bar and ending with a very simplistic steel guitar headstock shape. Just as simple but beautiful as the guitar above it. So that it's not too forceful the bar (or neck) of the steel guitar could have 1 or 2 black fret lines or fret markers (a dot) to fully get the picture of this type of guitar. Anything that resembles the headstock will work. Players will know what it is even if it's as artistic as the guitar in the logo. Also add TM. Hope this helps and makes sense:-)
