I love these concepts but one of our doctors said he doesn't like the silhouette of the women. So can you make it more abstract?

I'm a big fan of this design, #81. Here's what my boss would like to see:

What he'd asks is if you could come up with a design that incorporates the leaves from his current logo seen here: http://www.physicians-for-women.com/
using similar greens and blues. His idea is to somehow position the leaves into a triangle shape. Is this a possibility?

Also, can you make the "W" in women capital.
Also, can you make the font in "Physicians for Women" larger?

Hi Carla,
Please see the comment from our doctor about the shades of green:

"As we put the finishing touches on this, I think we might need to consider 3 different shades of green for the leaves. I am afraid that if we stick with one shade, it will look like a bocci ball with a triangle in the middle. There will be no way to differentiate the individual leaves. If we do use a single shade of green, the designer will need to alter the design to be able to see the leaves better. Just a few thoughts. Thanks."
