pointillism is difficult for a graphics application because it is a traditional art style. Unless you want a graphic style with some dots added but it won't be 2 dimensional combining the two.

I've done a lot of stippling illustrations and still can do that for you. But wanted to ask if such fine points would fill in or fall apart on your die stamp since it is metal?
