This is my personal favorite, but I need to wait for 2 others to comment. Could you try something different with the name - not sure if it is the color of the font. I really like the symbol on the left side.

could you also try one with the logo orange and green? The green you used is great, and we also use dark orange in some of our print advertising.

Could you try switching the cross for a palm tree and the orange circle could be like the sun?
