dc - I think the new editions are cluttering what was a good design to begin with. Entry #32 is my favorite right now of yours because it's simple and very uncluttered, although depicting several key thoughts for us (transportation, t'port fuels, green... and movement toward cleaner). #39 without the red stars might be our favorite of these. Again, I've got a board of 8 that will likely make the decision, so I'm just one of 8.

We certainly appreciate all your hard work, and welcome any other thinking you might have on this. One other idea relates to this: http://www1.eere.energy.gov/cleancities/toolbox/logos.html. The Clean Cities logo that you see on that page (with the sun setting over the skyline) is what many coalitions (that we help) use as a baseline logo for manipulation. We DON'T want a logo that looks like that, but perhaps another creation of yours that starts with the basics we want to see, but "provides a nod" to that logo by kind of borrowing the sun somehow.

Thank you!

dc - What about a version that is very similar to #92 that is a circle in lieu of a square? Done well, the outside circle could look like a steering wheel, or even road. I like this otherwise because their is much emphasis on elec, which is clearly on the cusp of a breakout in the U.S. At the same time, anything that would make the three symbols look more equal (slightly reducing the emphasis on the elec) might help too. We are trying to help all American fuels move forward, and showing emphasis of one over the other might not sit well with some of the board members.
Thank you!

The bolt was a little more prominient as i also wanted it to depict road..
I have made the design into a circular pattern and reduced the emphasis on the bolt as well..
Thanks..
