Training and Performance Solutions, LLCLogo Design Contest

Thank you for your entry. At first, I wasn't sure what the circle was in between the P and the S, but the more I am looking at is, is the intent for it to look as thought the P is a learner, perhaps sitting at a computer or desk? I like the color contrast between Training and Performance and Solutions, and would like to see more emphasis on Solutions. Again, I appreciate your efforts.

Thank you to everyone who has submitted designs to date. I appreciate your ideas and creativity. What I like in the design that I ranked #1 are the clean lines, the font and the teal bars showing progressive growth. What I might also like to see on this one what the boldface would look like on the word Solutions, rather than the word Performance. I would also like to see the LLC in a smaller font size. Very similar feedback the design ranked #2. Again, clean lines, the bars show progressive growth and a nice combination of teal and grey and the emphasis placed on Solutions. I would like to see what it would look like if the words were larger and the bars smaller. In the third design ranked #3, I do like that the tag line was incorporated into the design and the placement of the LLC.

So many wonderful designs. I now understand how to give individual feeback and have tried to provide that for each of you. As the contest is winding down, I would still welcome new ideas. Here is one that I have been thinking of but haven't seen (maybe because I am not a graphic designer and it doesn't make sense!) ....I would like to see the words laid out on one straight line with an arrow/arc starting at the word Training (kind of a faded look) and pointing upward to the right, ending over Solutions, LLC. Feel free to ask questions for clarification. Thanks so much.
