Trademark Realty GroupLogo Design Contest

Hi All, thanks for your entries! After several reviews, here are a few items that I have decided that I want in the logo:

1) Simple & Clean - no "movement" or dominate image(s) other than my name to distract the eye. A subtle little image representing a home is ok.
2) Rectangular design
3) Symmetrical
4) White background (target market is senior citizens who prefer white background w/ high contrast fonts for easy reading)
5) Medium to dark grey vs. light grey or black (better contrast)
5) If incorporating lines, use horizontal
6) Place "Realty Group" as part of the main image - inside any lines/box or as part of the line/box, not below
