Hi, here is another idea. I wanted to combine a "T&D" but also have the #1 in there to show that you are the #1 source for building needs. Let me know if I can modify it for you.

This is similar to my previous entry but I slanted the top of the T to look more like a #1. I also like how the "T" looks like a T-Square and the D looks like some sort of carabiner, with hinge.
