What We Do
I'm a real estate agent and my target audience is in Mid-Michigan/Lansing area. I have a special interest in mid-century modern homes and would love something that helps at least slightly show this niche without deterring a broad range of buyers.
Industry
Color Preferences
Ideally, I want to see Orange and Pink together - I've been using those colors as a bit of a "mod" feel to get things started. A little Red is okay, too, but shouldn't be the primary color if used at all.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
I'd love to stick with something that shows a slight leaning towards my mid-century modern interests, but without being so overt that it makes home buyers think that is all I focus on. I have attached a couple of files that I was playing around with on my own, including my Facebook page cover just to show a bit of where my head was, but I am open to ideas as I'm no expert. The circle concept does not need to be used as it is shown, I am not tied to that at all. I would prefer something clean, but feminine. I like script font for my name, but it needs to be easily readable.
I do not want to use the term "REALTOR" in my brand logo as there are too many rules around how to use that word in my industry.
I would also love to add a mid-century modern style roof line either as a watermark or somewhere within the logo image, something flat roof or butterfly roof - or anything else similar that is recognizable as mid-century modern, which may be enough to show my interest in that niche.
