I like these fonts - please use them in the tree grove version you submitted earlier. Except: switch out the bold for ENVISION (no serif on the 'I'), elongate the thinner font vertically for YOUNTVILLE, and lose Town of Yountville
That was more for the more urban looking logos, not yours so much. I thought it looked more like a steeple, which is cool. We don't want to emphasize business over residence, so maybe more generic blend of both.
Definitely closer, but looks more commercial than residential. Not crazy about the maroon and army green. Please see the discussion on Contest page. THX
Use different font for Envision Yountville. Add Town of Yountville in less prominent, smaller font. Add graphic that conveys small town/village w/ hills, cultivated fields in background. View corridors are important to the town image.
No grapes, grapevines, etc. The City of Napa to our south uses a classic looking grape cluster already and we don't have any vintners in town (tasting rooms only, which is a touchy subject locally). Also, would prefer Envision Yountville as the larger element and Town of Yountville subordinate. If you go to the Yountville website you can see the Town's logo- way too busy, but gives an idea of the small town character. Also, no cursive. use a font that is more readable.
-Thanks

My brother has a large sculpture somewhere up in your area... I will find out more about that.
