#49 I just added the fact that the business is in a mountain community. I am not sure you had the intention, but this logo gave me the feel of a mountain, which is unique from other entries. Perhaps you can further explore that theme.

#47 and #48. These reminded me of a hatchet, so I removed them from consideration.

I am going to rate #77 as the winner. However, I notice the "LLC" seems to be lower than the "Properties". Is this an illusion? If not, can you fix. I prefer that they be on the same line. Thanks for your efforts!
