Thank you for your design. Welcome to my contest.
From the design, I can see you've read my requirements but the icon and letters can be refined.
It is kind of hard to see what's in the icon. Can you simply the icon a bit?
As for the letters, please try using defferent colors for "Lab". How about different type faces?
