I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks. With the icon, I tried to keep it circular to suggest a camera lens whilst also looking like the feathers of the toucan. The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say.I look forward to your comments or thoughts.Regards,Angus 10 years ago goodrichresidential Client Hi Angus,Appreciate your effort, we would like something that really gives off a feeling of fun, we would like the bird to have character and initiate a fun happy emotion. We don't need it to symbolize a lens, we are open to having it perched or flying around the name. 10 years ago Angus Logo Designer HI there,Thanks for the feedback and comments, always appreciated! Here are a couple of new iterations; #27 and #28CheersAngus 10 years ago goodrichresidential Client Hey Angus,Great job with these. Anyway you could make the Toucan smiling. I really like entry 27, but it looks like he is a little sad. Either the smile or the eyes. 10 years ago Angus Logo Designer Thanks, and sure let me see what I can do :) 10 years ago Angus Logo Designer And here is that version; #32I've turned the eye around (so now in a positive angle), and I've also curved the beak ... The very bottom and also in the middle making the middle curve a "smile". Hope that made sense lol.CheersAngus 10 years ago goodrichresidential Client Hey Angus, could you incorporate that logo in #18 into the actual name, replacing the C? 10 years ago goodrichresidential Client #32 is really cool as well the eye is a little odd though, any other eye designs? 10 years ago Angus Logo Designer Hi there,When you say the eye is odd, can you tell me in what way??Of course will fix it in anyway, just want to make sure I'm fixing the right thing :)CheersAngus 10 years ago Angus Logo Designer Hi there,And here are those changes / variations;#51 and #52 - placing #18 as the "c" in toucan. With #52 I also added some extra depth to the toucan itself.#53, #54, #55 and #56 - also added more depth and experimented with different eyes.CheersAngus 10 years ago goodrichresidential Client CAn you show us #6 with green font under logo? 10 years ago goodrichresidential Client Could we see #53 with green as well? 10 years ago Angus Logo Designer Not a problem at all, here are a few updated proposals; #122, #123, #124, #125 and #126If you'd like any others don't hesitate to ask.CheersAngus 10 years ago goodrichresidential Client Could you show me #122 with "Aerial Photography" in Black and Also dark grey? Thanks 10 years ago Angus Logo Designer Of course not a problem at all. Here they are; #127 and #128CheersAngus 10 years ago goodrichresidential Client Hi Ninet, Could you tell us the font that you use for the name Toucan? We are currently working on a web build and would like to keep the theme for buttons and such. 10 years ago Angus Logo Designer No problems at all. Its called Aller Display (http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/Aller) ... You also have a few others in the family (bold and light). Hope that helps? 10 years ago goodrichresidential Client Could you give us 2 looks exactly like #123, except one with the subtext and horizontal line in the color dark grey instead of green; and the other navy blue instead of green? 10 years ago Angus Logo Designer No problems at all, here are those iterations; #129 and #130CheersAngus 10 years ago goodrichresidential Client Congrats Angus!
