The entries 18, 19, 20, 21 have not a "mascot"... and, as if they are interesting, don't apply in our case. The entry 17 is probably the must appropiate, but the "mascot" could be improved.
The idea is good (a phone with hands and a smile) the way of design it is not enough "classy" (fashion ? etc;) Could you try another mascot design ?
Other more, as if the font is "interesting", it's not enough strong, and the fact is we need only the mascot to be fun, the brand name + slogan could be more "classical" and strong (must represent something on what you can rely/trust).
