E-Notes for Healthy Living
What We Do
I provide personalized medical notes for patients who need notes to travel with medications, order certain items at restaurants, etc. This is done online via a website. I have a logo for my main telemedicine company which I will include but it can be different (open to other ideas). On the current logo, it could be something as simple as changing the look of the phone to more of a notepad with scribble then Dr. K at the bottom. Or it could be a completely new design.
