Looks very nice, we like the idea of the shadow cake. Please remove the bride and groom, we do not see this very much today at all. Could you try a bow or flowers in lue of the dride and groom. A great clean look
We like # 27 best so far. How will this shadow cake show up when printing on apparel? Any thoughts or suggestions. Also what is the name of the font you are using? Do not care for the # 60 much at all, sorry
Thanks for the feedback, I believe that if you use embroibery on apparel, they would use a light grey or even sillver thread on the cake. If it were to be screenprinted, they would use a light grey ink. I could show the logo on differnt color backgrounds if you wish.
#85 - #86 - #87 - #88 Here are some variations on a pink background. I don't think that the exact colors on #26 & #27 would work on a pink background, so I altered the colors of the logo elements to better compliment the pink background. If I were to win this contest, I would definately be able to provide you separate files for the white & pink backgrounds. Thanks.
I used a bolder script, which will be more suitable for reproduction. Also placed the logo elements on an oval, which opens up possibilities for patches or decals.
Dear Don #105, #59, #27 We still like 27 the best, We love that font and several printers have suggested that we stay away from to many swirls, or too many thin swirls. So how do we keep the good look of that font on #27, but make it a little less swirly. This logo will be silk screened and used for embroidery on apparel so we are looking for that logo that does that well and says too pretty to eat. It seems the words alone stand on their own merit, but trying to find that remarkable form to go with the words.
We like the rest of your designs better that the approach in #105 Any suggestions on how to approach this are welcome. We are learning a lot, but any help is welcome.
Have you talked with several embroidery companies, or just one? A quality company should be able to reproduce ANY logo, no matter how thin the strokes are or how much detail there is. I created artwork for my boss to have a 1940 Ford embroidered on a polo shirt at about 3'' wide, it was definately more detailed than the logos I created for you & it looked like a million bucks. Just a suggestion to shop around if you haven't already. I'll keep trying to come up with something in the meantime. Thanks, Don
Please see #128 & #129 Both with revised font, less swirly. #129 - I changed the tagline to a less intricate font, but it still has alot of character. Hope you like the changes. Thanks, Don
Here is the version with the tails slightly fuller & a little bit longer. FYI, If you happen to choose my logo, we can tweek until we get it absolutely perfect. Thanks, Don
Just a note to say thank you. This has been a good process and a lot harder than expected. Just wanting to say thats for all the great effort, work and designs
