Hi! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked in the top 10. We like to earn points.

~~ NOTE: While in JUDGING mode, the designer ranked in 1st can still submit revisions.

More detailed information on how to get the most out of your contest can be found here:

Hello and thank you for the entries so far!! First we would like to clarify the garage theme, the front of the bar will be a garage door which will be open in the summer.

Things we are realizing we dont like: too much nascar focus (checkered flags), too automotive (looking like the grill of a car), cursive writing

Things we have noticed so far we like: colors (yellow and red), more of a block style lettering like #7, beer mug in logo

Along with liking the beer mug, we are possibly interested in a buxom woman caricature in overalls (like if she was working in a garage) holding a beer in the logo.

Thank you!

The more we see the beer mug in the logo we realize it looks too much like our competitor, sorry!

I haven't been to South Bass Island in about 8 years...where in the village of Put-In-Bay are you located?

theFoggyLemon, we are next to the brewery, across from the grocery store!

In terms of our logo, #15, #14 are our favorite because of the block style lettering. We do plan to add a character in the logo (possible this woman in overalls) so we would like some space around the logo left for that.

We love the font and colors (brighter red) of #14 and #15 but we really like the size of the girl and her pose in #26, #27. We would prefer her more of a caricature and have more exaggerated features (more of a Jessica Rabbit type sexy cartoon figure).

Little more clarification, we want the caricature sexy like Jessica Rabbit but still in overalls like she works in a garage.
