I appreciate the thin line of the text and the logo. appreciate that the T and M are not obvious/overt. love how the line logo is, well, line that also makes space. two thoughts. what happens when the logo line thickness matches the text thickness. This isn't a suggestion; I'm just wondering what happens. could the line log be a punch or emboss?...no color just the punch or emboss. would that change its location relative to the text. And that brings up another question: is there a logo/text relationship that you see? are the rules?
I'm a bit puzzled by "punch and emboss" thing. Not so surely (#18)is what you looking for. About logo-text relationship, the answer is yes, in terms of conservative versus liberal approach determined by many variables. IMHO, architects (that I compete as a designer) like straight, thin, elongated and why not say it elegant lines and text as opposed to constructions companies, bulky, thick, and smell like diesel :) In the end is just versatility for different type of media and personal taste the decisive factor.
